Community Support Services provides an array
of programs that help persons with serious and ongoing mental
illnesses. Case management is a primary process that links mental
health consumers and their families to community organizations
and internal Wasatch Mental Health services. Short term
services are also provided for homeless persons who are mentally
ill. Among the housing services provided, WMH works with
local housing authorities, landlords and other interested parties
in finding appropriate housing in Utah county.

Appointments can be made by calling 373-9656 during
regular business hours. The clinic is staffed with doctors, nurses,
therapists and support staff who are committed to providing quality
group and individual therapy, medication management and supportive
counseling. A wide variety of group sessions are provided and
begin periodically. Please contact your therapist for the most
appropriate group referral for you.

Programs at Clubhouse provided at this location
attempt to restore social and vocational skills to those who have
been disabled by mental illness. An environment is provided to
help those individuals regain their confidence and various skills
so they can lead productive and satisfying lives. As part of the
rehabilitation program, there is also an apartment program which
ensures everyone with adequate and affordable housing.
Alpine House

This is a United Way agency providing supportive
residential services from the live-in house parents. Short-term
stay for 30 days to 6 months. Individuals must have activities
away from Alpine House daily between 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Supervision
provided throughout the week, including holidays.
Lakeview
Adult Skills Development

Lakeview provides programs that teach skills
to individuals who have suffered from a mental illness. The activities
are geared toward helping people return to a point in their lives
where they can live independently During the process of easing
individuals back into society, the Lakeview Center
provides a supportive environment for the development of: social
skills, medication management and more.
Intensive Residential Treatment

Known by the initials "IRT", this facility
provides 24 hour supervision in a family style environment for
adults. Treatment is considered intensive, time limited and focuses
on stabilization of the consumers mental health conditions in
order to help them return to a more independent living arrangement.
Length of stay can vary between 1 day to 90 days.
Payson - Supported Residential Treatment

This facility provides independent living apartments
with supervision from live-in house parents. Individuals may stay
between 6 months to 2 years. Residents have the opportunity to
practice skills of daily living, self care, symptom management
and other structured care for stable community life.
