| Accessing Calendars |

In the main GroupWise window, click the Calendar icon on the left side of the screen. On the right side of the screen, be sure to click the Mult-User tab.

Below the Multi-User tab are a series of column headings. Follow the headings to the right until you find a button with two people on it and click once. In the Name box, type in the name of the person who's Calendar you wish to view then click the Add User button.

In the User List box, place a check mark next to the person you just added and click OK to close the window.
