  1. Applicants must complete and submit the official employment application form. The official application form must be completed in its entirety and have the original signature of the applicant. It must be dated during the recruitment period of the position for which the applicant is applying. Applications that are not filled-out completely or that are unsigned will be rejected.
  2. Terms such as "See Résumé", etc. that do not provide the requested information on the official application form are unacceptable and may cause your application to be rejected.
  3. A résumé may be submitted with the application form, but does not replace it. The résumé may or may not be given to the hiring committee for consideration at the time of selection.
