The SBS (School Based Services) Program has eight programs in 25 schools in Alpine, Nebo and Provo School Districts.


Onsite programs are services provided to children in special behavioral or emotional programs in their schools. Elementary teams consist of a therapist and case manager. They deliver services upon referral from the school coordinators. All school based services are provided in the schools.



Alpine School District

At Alpine Life and Learning Center on the UVSC campus we have a therapist and a case manager. Contact Matt Madsen at 227-2440 or Kathy Farmer at 812-5265.

Site Based Services in Alpine School District are coordinated by Matt Madsen-227-2440

Alpine Elementary services are in four schools:

Westmore, Geneva, Sharon, and Greenwood Elementary Schools. Christy Newman- 812-5253 is the therapist and Ryan Shaw-812-5275 is the case manager.



Provo School District

Provo Work Program is coordinated through Ron Whitney 812-2 75.
Provo Onsite Program is coordinated through Clyda Lindsay 812-5278 . She works in Canyon Crest Elementary, Farrer Middle School and Provo and Timpview high Schools.

Provo Elementary serves four schools:
Franklin, Joaquin, Maeser and Timpanogos Elementary schools.
Elizabeth Feil- 812-5261 is the therapist and Julyssa Schenk, 812-5275, is the case manager and services can be coordinated through her.



Nebo School District

Nebo Elementary serves 5 elementary schools - Brookside, Goshen, Rees, Santaquin, and Wilson. Tammy Baker 812-5266 is the Case Manager and Wendy Porter 812-5256 is the therapist.
