Youth Case management The primary function of Youth Case Management is the coordination of services within Wasatch Mental Health and outside agencies. Case managers may provide services in a child's home, at school or in a clinical setting. For youngsters who have been released from Utah State Hospital, case managers are available to help them make the transition back into the community. |
