Please email a picture of your coloring page with your first name & guardian’s phone number to wbhcoloringcontest@wasatch.org
or
Turn it in to the receptionists at any Wasatch Behavioral Health location between May 3 and 31.

If submitting a hard copy, please write your first name (only) and guardian’s phone number or email address on the back so we can contact you if you win.
