Bryant Jenks, LMFT is the Program Manager over School Based Services, PREP Team, and the Bridge Program, He is a Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Regional Coordinator helping law enforcement improve their skills on how they deal with mental health situations in the community. When he is able to do therapy, Bryant specializes in doing in-home Family Therapy using experiential activities, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and behavioral therapy techniques. Bryant is TBRI-informed. Bryant enjoys running, sports, camping, and fishing.
Stephanie McDonald, LCSW is a Therapist for the Jail Transition Program (JRI). Stephanie has been working in the mental health field since 2012– working primarily with at-risk youth, children and families both in Chicago and Utah. Stephanie has experience in crisis intervention, CBT, DBT, Seeking Safety model, group therapy and individual therapy with extensive training in trauma-informed care. Stephanie completed her undergraduate degree from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Behavioral Science and then went on to receive her Master’s Degree from Loyola University Chicago in Social Work.
Stephanie enjoys being in the sunshine and outdoors where it’s warm. She loves being active and has competed in several triathlons. Stephanie has been blessed to travel the world, loves everywhere she has been for different reasons but ultimately she loves the culture. Above all else…Stephanie loves and adores her family and spending her free time with them.
Cheridy Roeger is a Certified Social Worker (CSW) with experience treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, hoarding disorder, various personality disorders, and anxiety disorders. She has worked on both the Mobile Crisis Team and the ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Team, providing intensive, community-based support for individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness. Cheridy also has a background in forensic social work through her work at the Utah County Jail.
Cheridy earned her master’s degree in social work from Boise State University and her undergraduate degree from Utah Valley University. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp), Inferential Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) for OCD, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also incorporates a trauma-informed approach, recognizing the impact of past experiences and prioritizing safety, trust, and empowerment in the therapeutic relationship.
Cheridy’s work is guided by acceptance, warmth, and empathy, as she strives to create a safe and supportive space for growth, healing, and genuine connection—whether in a therapy session or out in the community. Outside of work, Cheridy enjoys crafting, traveling, spending time outdoors, listening to podcasts, watching movies, and reading.
Tim McGaughy, MD, Ph.D., earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA. He then went on to graduate school in Chemistry and earned a Ph.D. from Tufts University in the Boston area.
Following that, Tim did post-doctoral research in chemistry for a few years at the University of Oklahoma. During those years there was also experience teaching chemistry and math at both the high school and college levels.
Interest then shifted to medicine first at a Naturopathic Medical College in California, then back to the University of Oklahoma for a degree in medicine. That was followed by a residency in psychiatry in Norman, Oklahoma. Work experience has included over 25 years of psychiatric work in mental health centers, psychiatric hospitals, and Gould Farm, a residential psychiatric center in Massachusetts. Tim enjoys working with a wide range of adult psychiatric issues with an emphasis on chronic mental illness. He helps encourage others to make positive changes in their lives from a more holistic perspective including nutritional and lifestyle changes as well as psychiatric.
Tim is married with two children. He enjoys taking advantage of the local mountains with hiking and winter sports. Tim is Board Certified in Psychiatry from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with recertification February 2011 until December 31, 2022.
Jacinta Taylor – “I was born and raised in a small town in Utah, and though life has brought both challenges and blessings—including raising my four amazing kids—I’ve found my true passion in peer support and serving those around me. After graduating from Utah Valley University with a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, with an emphasis in Family Studies, I earned my CPSS, FPSS, Forensic Peer Support certifications and SSW.
I love outdoor activities, watching movies, and spending time with family.”
Chelsie Lee is a Certified Peer Support Specialist with nearly nine years of experience in the recovery field. She serves on the BRIDGE Team at Wasatch Behavioral Health, supporting individuals with substance use and mental health challenges, including those diagnosed with serious mental illness, through the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model.
With certifications in Peer Support and Trauma-Informed Care, Chelsie brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to her work. She will begin pursuing her Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDC) certification this fall as part of her continued commitment to professional growth. Chelsie is passionate about building trust, promoting stability, and helping individuals achieve sustainable recovery.
Outside of her professional role, Chelsie enjoys staying active through disc golf and softball and spending time with her family. She is especially known for going above and beyond for her nieces and nephews—something she jokingly considers both her favorite role and her most expensive one. Whether at work or in her personal life, Chelsie brings the same level of dedication, heart, and unwavering support to the people who matter most.
