Foothill is a co-ed residential Substance Use Disorder treatment facility that offers residential and detox services for clients.
Clients in the residential program are offered a wide array of services that includes: individual therapy, case management, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), medication management, gender specific treatment, and group therapy to address individualized treatment needs. Residential treatment typically runs between 60-90 days depending on individualized treatment needs.
Clients that are in the detox program will be working with a therapist, case manager, and nurse to address their own treatment needs. Clients in detox typically are in the program 3-10 days (dependent on symptoms and intensity of withdrawal symptoms).

Foothill Residential is a 24-hour facility. Call (385) 268-5070 for a Detox Intake. Staff will screen clients over the phone. Following the screening, an intake time will be set up with the client. Detox intakes are done seven days a week.

Foothill Residential
Intakes for Foothill Residential must be completed at the Health and Justice Building, located at 151 S University Avenue, Suite 1500 in Provo. Intakes are held:
Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8-9 am
Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday afternoons from 12-1 pm.
Clients that are referred to Foothill following their evaluation will work with staff to schedule their residential intake Monday-Friday.
