
Sara Terry, LCSW, Therapist Supervisor, received her Master’s of Social Work degree from Utah State University. She enjoys working with people on the spiritual and religious issues that arise in their lives, as well as the development of shame resilience, interpersonal relationships, and mindfulness practices. The primary therapy modalities she uses are CBT, Narrative therapy, and ACT. She is also an EMDR-trained therapist.
Sara enjoys reading, writing about various subjects, and listening to podcasts. She loves spending time with her family, and doing things in the yard.

Bryant Jenks, LMFT is the Program Manager over School Based Services, PREP Team, and the Bridge Program, He is a Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Regional Coordinator helping law enforcement improve their skills on how they deal with mental health situations in the community. When he is able to do therapy, Bryant specializes in doing in-home Family Therapy using experiential activities, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and behavioral therapy techniques. Bryant is TBRI-informed. Bryant enjoys running, sports, camping, and fishing.
