Justin Yearsley, LCSW is the Program Manager for the following programs: New Vista Youth Services, Stride and Attachment IOP. He has been working at WBH since 2006, and as a therapist since 2010 and he speaks Spanish. He is NOJOS certified and has experience working with youth with sexual behavior problems and children who have experienced trauma. Justin enjoys spending his free time with his family attending BYU sporting events and coaching kids’ sports teams.
Nia Gibson, SSW is the program supervisor over the following programs: STRIDE & Attachment IOP. Nia completed her Bachelor’s in Social Work at Utah State University with a minor in Family and Child Development. She enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, and family and loves to do anything active.
Kevin Kelly, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Wasatch Behavioral Health, where he serves as a therapist in the Attachment Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). He started and currently runs this specialized program for adopted children and youth ages 10–17, helping families build stronger, more secure attachments. Kevin facilitates group therapy focused on the seven core court issues of adoption and permanency and supports parents in creating healthier connections with their children.
He earned his Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University in Draper, Utah (2018) and his Bachelor of Science in Human Services with an emphasis in Mental Health from California State University, Fullerton (2016). Since 2018, Kevin has also provided outpatient individual, couples, and family therapy through Empowerment Counseling, specializing in relationship and communication skills, in-home structure, increasing family stability, and crisis stabilization.
Earlier professional experience includes group leadership with at-risk youth, co-facilitating domestic violence and anger management groups, guidance counseling for adolescents, and work in community correctional settings. He holds Gottman Couples Therapy Level 1 training and is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, the Association of Utah Marriage and Family Therapy.
Kevin’s approach emphasizes practical tools, collaboration, and helping families develop the skills and resilience needed to navigate challenges together. He is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where adopted youth and their families can strengthen lasting bonds.
