CY FAST

Mobile Outreach: CY-FAST understands that transportation can be difficult. Sometimes it is also the most comfortable for clients to meet in their home where they feel safe. CY-FAST has short-term mobile availability where we can meet in the clients home or at our offices in American Fork or Payson. Respite Services: Sometimes kids need a break away from home. Sometimes parents need a break from taking care of kids. That is why CY-FAST offers respite services where a worker can spend time with a child or youth to give families a break. Group Therapy: CY-FAST has ongoing group therapy, including transitioning to adulthood and Super Survivor Skills group. To learn more about the current groups available, please contact Jason Webb  at (801) 852-2132 .

Peer Support Services: Peer Support Specialists are those with “lived experience” who are trained to support others struggling with mental health. By connecting through personal stories, sharing resources, inspiring hope in recovery, and promoting overall wellness, we provide extra support to help clients progress toward their therapy goals.

Overseeing Medicaid Hospitalization: CY-FAST oversees psychiatric hospital stays for Medicaid clients. Hospitalizations are short-term to ensure safety for clients.
