Theresa Young, LCSW graduated with her Master’s degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University in 2002 and has been working in the addictions and recovery field since the late 90’s. Theresa has worked with youth in residential and outpatient treatment; adults in jail and outpatient treatment and with families. She is trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Gottman couples therapy and has training to treat a variety of concerns and issues.
Outside of work, Theresa enjoys being outside (hiking, walking, pickleball, skiing) and with her family. She also teaches at UVU and reads juvenile fiction in her free time.
Kirstynn Snelson graduated from UVU in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology and a second Bachelors in Biology. She has worked in a clinical lab setting since 2012 performing a broad range of assays including toxicology. She has worked with Wasatch Behavioral Health since May of 2020 as the supervisor over the Urine Analysis Lab. She enjoys her role in helping client’s succeed in recovery.
Kirstynn enjoys spending time out doors, paper crafting and time with family.
Mitziana Medina – In 2007 I started working at Utah County UA lab, what started as a regular job became a passion for me. I realized how much I loved helping our clients in anyway I could. I have also experience helping in various behavioral health facilities such as: Foothill Residential, Receiving center and a couple more. I was born and raised in Pasadena, CA. I moved to Utah when I was a Sophomore in high school. I graduated Timpview high school in 2006. I enjoy spending time with my family,hiking, and swimming. My hobby is doing Diamond Art whenever I can and playing with my cat Lily.
Bryant Browning works as a Laboratory Technician in the SUD Lab. He graduated from Brigham Young University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Developmental Biology with minors in Chemistry and Biochemistry and Japanese. He is passionate about science and enjoys working in a laboratory setting.
His favorite pastime is playing board games with his wife and friends, but he also loves taking day trips with his wife and spending time outdoors. He particularly enjoys hiking, canoeing, snowboarding, and riding his bike in the woods.
