Suicide Prevention Is Everyone’s Business and everyone can help–thru education, awareness, providing a listening ear, not judging, and being aware of resources that can help.  If you, or someone you know, is experiencing suicidal thoughts– please reach out for help.  Lives matter. Contact the Utah State Crisis Line ( 800-273-TALK (8255) any time day or night, if you need help.  Trained therapists can help you and also help you to find resources in our local area for continued support.
